What a great contrast. And the whole mountain covered with white!
How did your place weather the storm?

Glad to see you back among us.
Have a blessed Sunday.

Hi Dina. We're okay - just a little weary and soggy. We lost power only once (for about an hour) and the property is filled with debris (leaves, downed branches, mud, oranges, and lots of dead palm fronds). We needed the water and the snow, though. And the air today is so crisp and clean. Thanks for asking.

YES! That's IT! the quintessential (sp??) So Cal winter photo. Congratulations & thanks for the great photo...even more fun that you didn't have to leave your own back yard.

If you have time, both Sat and Sun will be of interest to you this week! (especially the comments on Sat).!

Thanks, all, for the comments. I appreciate your visit to MDP.

Texasnascarcowgirl - I'll make room for the horses. We might have to clear some orange trees...but, it'd be worth it. Glad to hear about Toni....let's not stop the prayers, though!

CO - Mostly, we have orange trees. But, also, avocados and lemons. We don't bake a lot of pies, but we do have a lot of fresh orange joice and guacamole.
